The person who creates the team at Float automatically becomes the Account Owner with full administrative control over the account. They can access the configuration settings by clicking on the team icon in the left bottom corner of the sidebar and selecting Team settings.
In Team settings, the Account Owner can:
View and edit your team's plan.
View and update payment details.
View the invoice history.
Transfer the account ownership as needed.
Change your team’s name and URL.
Pause or permanently delete your team and all associated data.
Manage team notifications - schedule emails and time-tracking reminders.
Access your team’s API key and manage your team's integrations.
Manage SSO setup, Google Sign-in, and domain restrictions - if on a Pro or Enterprise plan.
Manage the team’s default working days and hours.
Manage time tracking settings - if on a Pro or Enterprise plan.
Add, edit, and remove guests.
Enable time off approvals and manage time off types, public holidays, and team holidays.
Manage statuses, people and projects tags, departments and sub-departments, roles, roles, rates, clients, and project codes.
Review the account's activity.
