Pricing

Float pricing is based on the number of active people. Anyone appearing on the Schedule (so anyone you need to plan for)—whether they need account access or not—is counted as a paid seat.

Legacy placeholders also count as paid seats, while any other placeholders are only counted if you exceed the number included in your plan.

For users who don’t need to be on the Schedule, you can use the guest feature to grant them free access. There is no limit to the number of guests you can have on your team.

Plans

There are three subscription options available: Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. While there is no seat limit on each plan, Starter is recommended for smaller teams, Pro is best for growing teams, and Enterprise is the best choice for larger organizations.

Each plan can be purchased monthly or annually.

Signing up for an annual plan of service, you can save an additional 20%.
