The Account Owner and guest users with Billing access rights can manage your team’s Plans & billing details within the Team settings.

The page consists of three sections.

Billing details

This is where you can review and edit your team's seats, placeholders, total price, and payment details.

  • Using / Paid seats refers to the number of seats you are currently utilizing and paying for. To adjust this number by adding or removing seats, simply click on Edit and follow the prompts in the pop-up window that appears.

📝Note: You cannot decrease the number of seats below your current usage. Before reducing the total number of seats, you must first archive a user you no longer need on the Schedule.

  • Placeholders refer to the number of placeholders you are currently using within the set amount included in your plan. Any additional placeholders over the limit displayed under Placeholders are included in the Using / Paid seat count.

  • Total indicates the overall cost of your subscription and the current billing cycle, which can be either monthly or annual. To modify your billing cycle, simply click on Edit.

  • Payment details - To change the card linked to your account, click on Edit Details and input your new card details on the following page. If you need to update the billing address, click on Edit Details and then select Add Billing Details.

Plan

This is where you can check your team's Current plan and other plans you can upgrade or downgrade to. You can review Float's pricing and the list of available features on each plan here.

Billing history

The Billing history section stores all your past invoices. To download them, click the download icon in the rightmost column.

We email your invoices to your team's billing contact at the start of each billing period. If you’d like additional people to have invoice access, you can add them as guests with Billing access.
