Float pricing is based on the number of active people. That means that anybody who appears on the Schedule (so anybody you need to plan for), is counted as a paid seat even if they do not need the account access.

On top of that, you can use the guest feature to allow free access to the account for users not on the Schedule.

There are three subscription options available: Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. Each of them can be purchased on a monthly or annual basis. While there is no seat limit on each plan, Starter is recommended for teams up to 30, Pro is best for growing teams, and Enterprise is the best choice for larger organizations.

Signing up for an annual plan of service, you can save an additional 20%.
