Accept the invite and set up your account

Accept the Float invite

If you received an email from notification@float.com with the subject You're invited to join Your Team Name in Float, it means your team is already set up, and you have been given access rights to join.

Create the account

To create the account click Let's log in in the invitation email and follow the prompts to create the password.

After you create a password or sign up using a Google account, you'll be redirected to your team's Schedule.

On your first login, you’ll be offered a Welcome to Float product tour. You can choose to close it and revisit it later by navigating to Help > Product Tour.

To customize your account, click on your profile icon in the bottom left corner of the page to access your personal settings.

In Profile settings, you can:

Calendar integrations

In Calendar integrations, you can set up their Google or Outlook calendar integration. This is also where you can generate the iCal link.

Personal Notifications

Under Notifications, you can configure the Email me and the Notify me when personal notifications. You can also link your Float account with Slack to receive schedule updates and log time reminders directly in your Slack channels.

What's new

What's new is a quick link to the latest product updates.

Sign out

Clicking Sign out will log you out of your Float account.
