Guests are users with account access that do not appear in the schedule. You can have an unlimited number of guest users in Float—for free! 

To add guests, head over to the Guests page in Account Settings, select the Invite button, and fill out their member information. You'll need to be an Admin or above to view this section.

Re-invite your team

After creating your guests in Account Settings and assigning them an access level, they will receive a welcome email from Float.

The invitation to log in for the first time expires after seven days. The Resend Invite link is displayed when you scroll over the guest's name in Account Settings.
