Accessing your Float account

To access your team's Float account, you must have assigned access rights. When signing in, use the login credentials created after receiving your invitation. If you're not using Google sign-in or SSO, you'll need to enter your email address and password. Each email address can be linked to one or more Float accounts. If your email changes, remember to update it in Float to maintain access.

Update your own email address

  3. Navigate to Profile settings.

Update the email addresses of Guests on your team

Your team's Account Owner and Admin users can update guests in Team settings. Since guests' emails cannot be edited directly, you must remove and re-add them. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Navigate to Team settings > Guests.

  2. Click on the Edit (pencil) icon.

  3. Select Actions > Delete to remove the guest.

  4. Click on Invite to add the guest again.

  5. Enter their name and the new email address.

  6. Click Invite.

📝Note: Deleting a guest user automatically reassigns all the projects that they own to the Account Owner. Once the guest is invited again, the Account Owner can re-assign the project ownership back to them.
