Prevent a person from logging into Float by removing their access

You can remove a person's access to your team's account while keeping the person on your Schedule. Here's how:

  1. Open the person's profile from the Schedule or the People page.

  2. Go to the Access tab.

  3. Click the X button next to their access rights.

  4. Hit Update person.

This will remove their access to Float and prevent them from logging in. They will continue to appear on Schedule until they are either archived or deleted.

Archiving a person or deleting them automatically removes their access rights as well.
