The Account Owner can manage the notification settings for the whole team in the Notifications tab of Team settings.
Schedule emails
The schedule email feature sends a copy of your team's schedules to their email, providing a clear view of their work. The email includes details about individual allocations, time off, and project milestones. Project Owners can also view their team's time off.
By default, the schedule email notifications are enabled and sent to any team member with an email address listed in their profile, regardless of their account access. Each team member can adjust their personal settings and unsubscribe from receiving their recurring schedule email in Personal > Notifications. If the Account Owner sets the email reminder frequency to Never, they won't be able to overwrite it with personal settings.
If the frequency is set to Daily, all team members will see the Daily option in their settings. Daily notifications are sent on each work day before 7 am based on your team's timezone settings.
If the team frequency is set to Weekly, this will be the available option for everyone. The day of the week is determined by the Account Owner.
Time tracking reminder emails
If your team uses time tracking, the Account Owner can set up automatic emails to remind your team to log their time.
By default, the time-tracking reminder emails are set to Never. Other frequency options include:
Daily - the reminder is sent to anyone who has logged no time during the previous work day. Daily notifications are sent on each work day before 7 am based on your account timezone settings.
Weekly - the reminder is sent to anyone who logged less than 50% of their capacity during the previous work week. The day of the week is determined by the Account Owner.
Each team member can enable/disable their personal notifications as needed. Individual users can still select to receive time tracking reminder emails even if the team's default is set to Never.
