Delete your team
Only the Account Owner can cancel the subscription and delete your team.
Deleting your team in Float will:
Cancel your subscription
Permanently remove all your projects and people data
Stop further billing
Revoke access to Float for your entire team
This action is irreversible. Be sure to export any necessary data before proceeding.
To cancel your subscription and delete your team:
Navigate to Team settings (click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner of the page).
Go to the General tab.
Click the red Delete team button.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion.
Reactivate or delete a paused account
As of August 22, 2025, pausing your Float team is no longer supported.
If you paused your team before August 2025, your account remains paused. You can reactivate a paused account within 12 months by logging in and selecting one of the options. Once reactivated, the option to pause again will no longer be available.
