Unconfirmed projects can be categorized as tentative within Float to differentiate them from your confirmed projects.

To set a project as tentative, simply select Tentative on the project menu.

Project menu. Setting a project as tentative.

If a project is set as tentative, by default its phases, tasks and allocations are set as tentative as well.

Tentative allocations are displayed as color outlines on the Schedule to clarify that they haven't been confirmed yet.

💡Here's a tip: If a project or a phase is not set as tentative, any individual allocation can be marked as tentative from the allocation menu.
