Placeholders are perfect for storing tasks that can be quickly dragged and dropped onto a team member's schedule when the time is right.
Select Placeholder from the Type drop-down when adding a new person or editing an existing one.
Placeholders will not display any availability/overtime hours in the reports and can be excluded from your reporting by unchecking the box at the top of the page.
You can search/filter Placeholders like you can other resources.
Placeholders appear at the bottom of the Schedule by default but can be moved using the custom sort option.
Time off cannot be scheduled for a Placeholder.
Placeholders can't be set to part-time.
