Billing options
Float offers two billing cycles: monthly and annual. You choose your preferred cycle when you sign up for a Float subscription. Opting for the annual payment plan provides the best value, as it includes a discount compared to paying month-by-month.
Payments
Payments are charged automatically at the start of each billing period, either monthly or annually. All payments are upfront and non-refundable.
Credit card payments
Float accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Wire transfers
Wire and bank transfers are available for annual Enterprise plans with a minimum spend of $5,000 USD.
Plan changes and seats adjustments
The Account Owner and Admins with permission to manage plans & billing can update the plan or adjust the number of seats at any time in Company settings > Plans & billing.
Upgrades or additional seats take effect immediately. The prorated amount is charged for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
Downgrades or reducing seat count also apply immediately. Because payments are charged upfront, no credit or refund is issued for unused time. The updated plan or seat count appears on the next invoice.
