You can hide someone from Float by archiving their profile. They will be removed from the Schedule and Reports pages, but all of their information will be stored for future use.
From the Update tab on a person's profile, click Archive. To restore a person to the schedule, click Unarchive. You can archive more than one person at once using the multi-select tool.
Archiving users does not impact billing. While you are not charged for archived users, you must downgrade your plan in Account Settings in order for the changes to take effect.
