You can remove a person's access to your team's account while keeping the person on your Schedule. Here's how:

  1. Click the person that you want to remove from the Schedule view or the Manage people page.

  2. Select the Access tab within the person's profile.

  3. Click the X button next to their access rights.


This will remove their access to Float and prevent them from logging in. They will continue to appear on the Schedule until they are either archived or deleted.
