For a quick overview, check the Exploring Zapier Integrations video guide.

Zapier automates workflows between apps, allowing you to focus on your most important work. It acts as the glue that connects thousands of web apps. Using the Float-Zapier integration, you can sync your Float data with other tools, automate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and streamline your workflows.

Connect Float and Zapier

The Account Owner can set up the integration by clicking View Zaps in the Integrations tab of Team Settings.

This will open the Float integrations page in Zapier, where you can connect Float to over 7,000 apps! You can search for the Float pairing apps here.

To better understand how Zapier works and tailor the integration to your needs, familiarize yourself with its key concepts. Check out this Zapier article for detailed explanations.

Zaps

A zap is an automated workflow that connects Float with other apps. Each zap consists of a trigger and one or more actions.

Once you've found the app you want to connect with Float, simply select the trigger (“when this happens…”) and set an action step (“...automatically do this!”).

You can select one of the existing templates or create a zap from scratch.

Once ready, test if the trigger works and turn on the zap. From that point on, the action steps you chose will run automatically every time the trigger event occurs.
