On the Schedule and Project plan, you can adjust the zoom and density to focus on individual tasks or step back for a broader overview.
Zoom
In the top right corner of the page, you can select one of the zoom options: Days, Weeks, or Months.
💡 Here's a tip: You can zoom in or out even further using your browser’s zoom controls.
Density
You can also adjust the density by choosing one of three density levels: Compact, Comfortable, and Spacious.
📝Note: The density option is unavailable to Members with Can View: Themself access rights.
On the Project view, there is an additional option to Show other allocations & overtime. Using the toggle, you can display allocations from other projects and highlight any overtime.
Dark mode
Web app
Dark mode for the web version of Float is currently in closed beta. If you’d like early access, let us know. Once enabled, you can choose your display preference in your personal settings: Light, Dark, or Match Browser.
Mobile app
In the Float mobile app, you can choose your display preference by clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner and selecting Preferences. From there, you can switch between light mode, dark mode, or let the app match your device’s settings.
