While most people in your office probably work a similar number of hours and days per week, you might also have part-time employees and contractors you'd like to schedule.

Part-time availability

You can set custom hours per day and days per week for individual people from the Update tab on their profile. Once set, their new availability will be displayed on the schedule and in your reports.


By also checking the Contractor box on their profile, you can exclude these people from counting as "Staff" in your reports and can keep their hours separate.
