If a team member needs to appear on the schedule and will have projects assigned to their calendar, they should be added from the People tab. Only those appearing on the schedule count as part of your subscription.

If a member needs to be added to your account to view/edit the schedule (but not appear on it themselves), then they should be added from the Guests page within Account Settings. You can have an unlimited number of these users for free in Float.
