The schedule email delivers a copy of your team's schedules directly to their inboxes and gives them a clear picture of what their work week looks like. Their individual tasks, time off, and project milestones are all included in the email.
Project owners will see their team's time off listed as well.
Email notifications can be managed from the Notifications tab on the Team Settings page. You can choose how often to send your team a copy of their schedules, and decide when it gets delivered.
💡 Here's a tip: Team members can unsubscribe from receiving their recurring schedule email from My Settings > Notifications.
To manually send your team their schedules, select the Share > Email this schedule option from the Schedule. In addition to the date ranges listed (this week, next week, next 2 weeks) you can send a schedule email using any range you like up to 30 days.
